We can deliver flowers in all areas of Armenia. Along with your order, the recipient will receive a free card with the text you enter during placing your order. To get price of delivery in a region or a village that is not specified in our website please call us at +374 93361595 (Viber and WhatsApp) are also available at this number.
We make our deliveries during following hours (10 AM to 12 PM) local Armenian time with local delivery services. We always call the recipient first to arrange a delivery time or to see if they are home and to check if address is correct. We can make surprise deliveries as well if customer wants to, but customer will take full responsibility if delivery is incomplete due to recipient not being home or incorrect address. Meaning price of bringing order back to our shop and later on re arranging delivery will have to be paid by customer. In these rare cases we have the right to drop off the order to a third party (neighbor, colleague, doorman, security or administrator) to pass it to the recipient.
Substitution & Cancellation Policy
In many cases where certain flowers, toys or other items like vase or gift box are not available due to the season or availability, we reserve the right to substitute that certain item with a different one with same color similarities keeping its total quality and value the same or greater.
If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out for delivery or prepared for shipment. Twenty-four hour advance notice is necessary to assure a cancellation or any changes to your order.
In case of incomplete/incorrect address, information or phone numbers resulting in a late-delivery, NO REFUND is possible due to the infrastructure costs involved and to the fact that flowers and cakes are perishable products.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order please let us know soon as possible. We will check into the issue you have and if the flowers are not fresh we will exchange it or issue a full refund. You can refund or exchange the flowers within 24 hours after delivery.
Any personal information received by us will only be used to fill your order and ensure a good service and delivery. Your information is needed to contact you with questions or concerns we might have about your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone for any reason.
